We encourage visitors to view the decorating progress and/or the Pasadena Tournament of Roses judging. We have an interior second story walkway that encircles the float offering a complete view of the decorating activities below. The “always free” viewing is from 9AM until exhaustion. The volunteers and SMRFA appreciate your support and encouragement.
